Rockorange is an editor on YouTube. He is most known for his Ed, Edd, n Eddy and SpongeBob edits.
From Humble Beginnings
Rockorange was a YouTube Pooper living in Dagenham, London (England) when, one day, he decided he wanted to make an edit. Inspired by the likes of SuperIdiotMan00 and Roshua777, Rockorange started editing on 27th April 2013 with "No Smoking" from "The What A Cartoon Show". A lot of people disapproved of it due to it not being the original episode (Despite the fact it said "Edited" in the title). Rockorange doesn't like it though. Sadly, this was the edit that caught XDrang93's eyes. Actually, Rockorange started editing on 30th March 2013. His first edit was the Hey Arnold episode Helga's Show. Predictably, Viacom took it down. Only 21 people got to see the video before it's demise.
After two lackluster Dexter's Lab edits, he began making Ed, Edd, n Eddy edits. His first, A Twist Of Ed, was pretty well received. XDrang said that he "Improved" and has had over 30,000 people watch it as of 10th May 2018. His next edit, Rambling Ed, was the lesser-known of the bunch. It has only 5,983 views. His next was One + One = Ed, which was one of the few edits he made in Sony Vegas. He thought it was a bit too complicated for him and went back to Windows Movie Maker. This was the edit that caught the eyes of EditsOfGreatBritain and King Metamorphosis (Edit fan). ==== Not too long after the One + One = Ed edit came out, his computer fucked him over. It went bust. There was no videos between 20 May 2014 at 2:02 to 7 November 2014 at 23:55. It looked like he was at death's door.
With his birthday money, he bought a new laptop, his and only his, from very.co.uk and when he got it, his first order of agenda was to make a new edit! A new laptop was also great since his old, shitty computer had all it's memory full. The first video he released was an announcement for the Simpsons/Futurama Collab. Even though he only got 3 entries, they were amazing enough to prompt him to make the collab anyway. It was released on 2nd of March 2015. Hours later, Rockorange announced another collab, The 03bgood Collab.
4 minutes after midnight on 8th November 2014, Rockorange released his comeback edit, Urban Ed. It was pretty well received. It has 36,383 views as of 11th November 2018.
Rockorange made the most of his return. For the rest of November, he released a Welcome To Gameshop edit and a collab entry for EditsOfGreatBritain's "Paddington Bear Trailer Collab". However, December 2014 would be his biggest month yet! He announced he would release an edit of the audience's choice. However, he dropped this idea for forgotten reasons. Instead, he decided to do something even more crazy! Do all the episodes he mentioned in the video! WTF?!?!?!?! I'm going to skip to the end of December and say that most of the edits were well received. Except for his Simpsons edit. XDrang thought it was weak and Rockorange agrees. Rockorange said it used too many sounds from SuperIdiotMan's Squidward The Friendly Whore edit. Some other thing to note is, in December, he released an entry into SuperIdiotMan's Homestar Runner Collab and his first commercial edit, The Shit Suit. He was originally going to do a Regular Show Christmas Edit but, EditsOfGreatBritain released his so it appeared he wasn't doing Regular show. However, by complete luck, he stumbled upon what was, at the time, the latest episode of Regular Show. It was a Christmas Special! So, he edited that. It was one of the fastest growing videos he has ever made. On the 31st of December, he released his entry to RasterOfMandomness87's "All-Star Commercial Bundle 2015 Revival". Since this was the closest he'd get to making a video with Iamsage14, he joined.
Rockorange was determined to make 2015 a great year and, in his opinion, he did well. Not only did he return to Ed, Edd n Eddy, after a 2 month break (With "If It Smells Like An Ed (Part One)"), but, it was also about the time one of his biggest, if not the biggest influences SuperIdiotMan, subscribed to his channel, which was a huge deal for him at the time. This was also the year he released, what was his favourite edit so farat the time, Little Ed Blue Edited. Not only did he love it the most but, a lot of his fans loved it the most, with NitroEdits calling it just as good as xXRoflXx15 and Iamsage14's versions! Later, he released "MuscleBitch BuffPedophile". His first full length SpongeBob edit.
At the end of his Little Ed Blue edit, Rocko announced he was going to do edit reviews. After watching reviews from MasterPlanktum and Iamsage14's "You're Doing It Wrong", he decided he was doing edit reviews. XDrang liked this announcement so much, he included it in his AENV #7 video. His first edit review was released on 23 January 2015 at 16:02. It was well received, despite AReallyAwesomeGuy117 not liking how I used the "Price Is Right Losing Horn". His second edit review was released on 24 February 2015 at 1:53. He has since released 2 more edit reviews.
As some may know, he used to have a channel called Rockorange Productions where he done YouTube Poops. About a month ago, he said he was coming back. He has since dumped this idea and since released ALL his material on RockorangeEdits.
This sort of collab is a two-way collab. At the beginning of 2015, Rockorange done a bunch of these and has a bunch planned. His first two-way collab was with Stationboxz. They edited "Ed n Seek". His second was released three days later with NitroEdits. They edited "Pick An Ed" making it the first Ed, Edd n Eddy episode he has edited from the later seasons. Later on, he did a two-way collab with EditsOfGreatBritain on the episode "Dueling Eds". It is Rockorange's new favourite edit by himself.
