A Editing Compilation is a monthly compilation series created by MizzouEdits2. The compilation videos contain clips from certain edits made by editors, among them is Roshua666, ny2049 and Freshmilk980. The series premiered on July 12th, 2010.

  • Non-spongebob edits are placed in Italic.

History[edit | edit source]

A Editing Compilation basically is a 'edit-showcase' series which takes certain clips from many edits and showcase them in each episode. Nobody can tell which edit or editor will appear in a future episode, unless MizzouEdits says publicly. Nonetheless, almost any editor can appear, just that it cannot predicted by anyone else but the creator.

Despite being labeled as a monthly series, there are only seven full episodes, since either the rate of edits is slow, or MizzouEdits cannot deliver an episode before the end of the month; but either way, the series is never forgotten though.

Many editors have appeared, in fact, it may in face have featued more editors in any series in the community, it's possible that I Can't Believe It's Not Roshua777!!! and Angry Edit Critic may have featured more editors than this series. To sum it up, A Editing Compilation may be at least the most popular series in the editing community, since it features many high-detail editors and underrated editors.

As of episode three, A Editing Compilation began launching edits in 720p high definition, like MizzouEdits' recent edits right now.

Starting around episode five, MizzouEdits began placing a screenshot from the anime/manga Bleach, with the sound clip, What's Funny?. It also occured on his anniversary special at the end.

On December 2nd, 2010, episode four was taken down by Viacom, making it the first ever episode of A Editing Compilation to be taken down. However, it was eventualy reuploaded on March 4th, 2011.

After the release of MasterPlanktum's Angry Edit Critic, a edit review series, some fans started to confuse both the shows, since they have the same initials. Later on, MasterPlanktum asked for new name suggestions for Angry Edit Critic. No names have been found as of now.

On July 12th, 2011, the series' anniversary, MizzouEdits created a new channel made solely for episodes of the series, but closed it the following month.

Shane Dawson[edit | edit source]

There is some word about another special featuring yet another 15 minute edit of certain Shane Dawson videos but this is only in consideration since he has almost no time to edit at this time. but, if there is a chance; then there will be another special maybe around late-November. Currently, plans for this special is on halt, due to conflicting projects.

  • Coincidencally, A Editing Compilation and MasterPlanktum's Angry Edit Critic shares the exact same initials.
  • The series has probably featured more editors that any other series in SB editing history.
